Gavi from La Giustiniana. Fresh, fruity, and elegant, easy to drink despite its complexity and persistence. A typical Gavi, with a straw-yellow color, it pairs easily, especially with appetizers and main courses based on fish or shellfish.

Production area: La Giustiniana vineyards, in Rovereto di Gavi (Piedmont).

Soil: Pliocene gray marl with loose sandstone.

Grapes: 100% Cortese, Guyot training system, density 4000 logs.

Aroma: Intense and complex with fruity notes.

Flavor: Fresh and fruity with an almond aftertaste.
